Botswana Chobe river

 Botswana had alot of rain early this year.
I photographed the elephants crossing the river.
Chobe has one of the largest concentrations of elephants
in Africa.

Hyena

This female hyena had cubs in a ditch right next to the road near Numbi Gate. I took the shot as she lifted her head above the grass.

white rhino

Both of these white rhino photos were taken in the same area between Sabie and Tshokwane on two different occasions

Zebra and lilac breasted roller

My camera is a Sony A57. I mostly use my Sigma 150 - 500mm lens. Except for some cropping the photos are not edited in any way.
The zebra pic was taken between Skukuza and lower Sabie and the lilac breasted roller was sitting on a branch near Satara.
